the population in the member towns ranges from 277 in Sorrento to 7075 in
Ellsworth. You will also notice that
each town has at least one member on the board. Ellsworth is the exception because the RPC
did not feel that one member should have over three times the power of the
member from Hancock, the next largest town.

have 2368 votes.
