2.  NEW BUSINESS

A.  Discussion with Possible Ratification of 3 Year Negotiated Agreement with U.R.V.T.A., Lamoine

Following a discussion and an overview by the Superintendent, a motion was made by Tammy Dickey, seconded by Bonnie Marckoon, to ratify the 3-Year Negotiated Agreement with U.R.V.T.A., Lamoine (2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2007-2008) as presented.

B.  Discussion of a Community Gymnasium Fund

Following a discussion, a motion was made by Tammy Dickey, seconded by Bonnie Marckoon, to express support for the community effort for a gymnasium fundraiser, and to authorize the Superintendent to establish an account and accept funds on behalf of Lamoine School Department.
