1. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM by the Chair Faith Perkins.
2. NEW BUSINESS
A. Teacher Nomination: Tracy Willis/Special Education Teacher
A motion was made by Tammy Dickey, seconded by Frank Murray, to accept Superintendent Fowler's nomination and elect TRACY WILLIS for a 1 st Year Probationary Contract (Special Education teacher on Step 13 B) for the 2005-2006 school year.
Vote: Yes 3 No 0
B. Following a discussion regarding recommendations for the vacancy created by Linda Haft's resignation from the School Committee, a motion was made by Frank Murray, seconded by Tammy Dickey, to accept Linda Haft's letter of resignation. The Chairperson will talk with possible replacements.
Vote: Yes 3 No 0
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:12 PM on a motion by Frank Murray.
