Chairman Chris Tadema-Wielandt called the meeting to order at 12:39 PM
Present were: Appeals Board members Chris Tadema-Wielandt, John Wuorinen, Reggie McDevitt; Administrative Assistant Stu Marckoon, Edmond Bearor (attorney for the Pettegrows), Don Becker (CES), Kate Berry, Robert Alvarez, Paul Frederick, Karen Dube (Court Reporter), Warren Craft, Palmyra Lomonaco, Robert Friedman, Gary Hunt (Attorney for Alvarez et al), and Josette Pettegrow.
Prior to the start of the meeting Administrative Assistant Marckoon attempted to contact Appeals Board member Griff Fenton with no luck.
Chairman Tadema-Wielandt said it appears the Board is one member short of a quorum. He said instead of conducting business that might be suspect, the Board might want to adjourn to a future date. Mr. Wuorinen agreed. He said the reason the board was meeting today was to accommodate the Pettegrows schedule. He said perhaps a Thursday evening would work. Chairman Tadema-Wielandt asked Mrs. Pettegrow how late in the season her business runs. Mrs. Pettegrow advised she would be available any time after October 11th.
There was a discussion on which dates would work. It was agreed the October 21st at 6:30 PM would be a good time. Mr. Wuorinen moved to adjourn until that time. Chairman Tadema-Wielandt 2nd. Vote in favor was 3-0.
Respectfully submitted,
Stu Marckoon, Secretary pro-tem
