The Lamoine Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in regard to a variance application by Wayne Wright (Map 4 Lot 34) requesting a reduction in the width of a proposed subdivision road. The hearing will be held on Monday, September 8, 2008 at 7:00 PM at the Lamoine Town Hall , 606 Douglas Highway , Lamoine Maine . Copies of the application are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Lamoine Town Hall . Any member of the public may speak in regard to the variance request during the hearing. The Board of Appeals may take action in regard to the variance request following closure of the hearing.
