Mr. Fenton called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM
All BOA members present will be participating in the Harold MacQuinn, Inc. appeal.
BOA voted to approve the Feb 12, 2018 minutes Vote was 5-0
Mr. Holt gave his testimony on the written documents that he provided prior to the meeting.
Mr. Steed asked Mr. Grenier to make brief comments about the housing market.
Mr. Steed asked Ms. Sprague to talk about noise.
Mr. Steed asked Ms. Gaianguest to talk about the survey that she and Mr. Gallagher sent out to local real estate agents. Ms. Gaianguest gave brief testimony on the written documents that were provided to all parties prior to the meeting that contained the survey.
Mr. Steed gave testimony on his thoughts about the water table.
Catherine de Tuede highlighted her written documents that she provided prior to the meeting.
Mr. Fenton asked if anyone else with standing had any more testimony. A question was asked about rebuttals and Mr. Fenton said we will start that after a short break.
Mr. Fenton asked Mr. Bearor if he had any rebuttals. Mr. Bearor asked Mr. Deyling to clear up a few things that came up during the testimony of other people of standing. Mr. Deyling gave a brief testimony on things that were brought up during the hearing process.
Mr. Pileggi gave testimony on how the scope of the project led to the denial of the 2 standards of the Gravel Pit Ordinance.
Mr. Fenton asked for a motion to continue the meeting on May 8 and May 9, 2018 at 6:30 PM to deliberate about the Gravel Pit permit denial. During the discussion the BOA decided that they would like a site visit on May 8, 2018 at 4:30 PM. Motion was made to do a site visit on May 8 at 4:30 PM and continue the appeal on May 8 and 9 at 6:30 PM Vote was 5-0
The BOA at 10:03 voted to continue the meeting on May 8 at 6:30 PM. Vote was 5-0
