4:30 Site visit at the Harold MacQuinn, Inc. gravel pit on lots Map 3 Lot31 and Map 3 Lot 33.


BOA members present: Mr. Fenton, Mr. Fowler, Ms. Thomas and Mr. Jordan

FOL was represented by: Ms. Korty and Ms. Sprague


CSWC was represented by: Mr. Holt


6:30   Meeting was called to order by Mr. Fenton


Mr. Fenton welcomed Larissa Thomas to the BOA.


Mr. Fenton noted that Ms. Bender had resigned and since she was the secretary we need to vote on a new secretary. Mr. VanAmringe nominated Mr. Jordan, Mr. Fowler 2nd    Vote was 4-0


The BOA talked to Mr. Young about his appeal and set a date of May 22, 2018 to hear his appeal.


Mr. Fenton, Mr. VanAmringe, Mr. Fowler and Mr. Jordan will be participating in the Harold MacQuinn, Inc. appeal


Resumed Harold MacQuinn, Inc. appeal


Motion:   Proposed operation will not unreasonably result in water pollution nor affect adversely existing ground water, spring, or ponds.    Mr. Jordan made the motion   Mr. VanAmringe 2nd   Vote 4-0


The BOA moved to wait on 7.D.6 until more information is provided at next meeting. The items are: distances to the building on the Lamoine Beach Rd. and recent sales of homes in the area.
