	Lamoine Board of Assessors Minutes of January 5, 2005 (Draft - Subject to change)

Chairman Jane Fowler called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM at the Lamoine Town Hall

Present were: Assessors Terry Towne, Colene Sharkey, Jane Fowler

1. 1. The Board reviewed correspondence that had been received.
2. The Board discussed the legality of Map 12 Lot 29’s creation and agreed to forward a letter to CEO Dennis Ford with questions
3. The Board issued a supplemental tax certificate to Richard Pease at his request to remove the homestead exemption on Map 9 Lot 8.
4. The Board prepared form 801 at the request of Wells Fargo and left it to mail.
5. The next meeting will be a workshop on January 13, 2005 at 7:00 PM to work on the ratio report
6. The next regular meeting will be February 2, 2005 at 7:00 PM
7. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM
