	Lamoine Board of Assessors Minutes February 1, 2006 - Draft, subject to change

The meeting came to order at 7:00 PM

Present were: Assessors Colene Sharkey, Jane Fowler, Terry Towne

Coleman-Open Space – The board reviewed Mr. & Mrs. Coleman's new open space application. There is further verification to do before taking action.

Kevin Ireland Acreage – The board discussed Mr. Ireland 's issue regarding his assessed acreage.

Next Meeting – The next regular meeting will be Wednesday, March 1, 2006.

The Board will continue to gather on Thursdays to perform work in workshop sessions.

The Board set Saturday, March 18, 2006 as the date to meet between 8:30 and 9:00 AM to visit new construction and take photos.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM
