	Lamoine Board of Assessors Minutes August 2, 2006 (Draft, subject to change)

Chair Jane Fowler called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM

Present were: Assessors Colene Sharkey and Jane Fowler . Assessor Terry Towne was unable to attend.

Tax Commitment – The assessors hope to proceed with getting the work ready for the 2006/07 property tax commitment next Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The board plans to have a reconciliation run on Monday.

Tweedie Building Information – It was moved and 2 nd to prepare information regarding the old and new buildings on the Tweedie property to be available to the Board of Appeals for their meeting on August 16, 2006. Vote in favor was 2-0.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM
