Chair Jane Fowler called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM

Present were: Assessors Jane Fowler , Terry Towne (Colene Sharkey absent); Charles Kelley

Taxpayer Question – Charles Kelley Jr. inquired about what he termed inconsistencies in water influence on valuations.

The board reviewed a letter from Stephen Joy of the Katsiaficas Agency dated 12/12/06.

The Board voted not to take any actions at this time.

The meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM
