The meeting came to order at 7:00 PM
Present were: Chair, Jane Fowler and Assessor Terry Towne. Assessor Colene Sharkey was absent.
The Board worked on preparation for the Spring site visits.
Calculation of the potential tree growth penalties for Map 4 Lot 41 was postponed until a later date.
The Board reviewed petitions to the State Board of Property Tax Review from Charles Kelley and Richard & Sheryl Davis and discussed preparation of a response.
The meeting was recessed at 9:10 PM to continue at 7:00 PM on March 17, 2008.
The meeting reconvened at 7:00 PM on March 17, 2008.
Present were: Chair Jane Fowler and Assessor Terry Town. Assessor Colene Sharkey was absent.
The Board continued to make preparation for Spring site visits.
Letters were drafted to the Board's response to the State Board of Property Tax Review in regard to the filings by Charles Kelley and Richard and Sheryl Davis. Terry moved to approve the letters as drafted. Jane 2nd . The board would ask Administrative Assistant Stu Marckoon to send the letters to the state via certified mail.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:10 PM
