	Lamoine Board of Assessors Minutes of February 8, 2010

The meeting came to order at 7:00 PM, a continuation of the meeting of February 3, 2010.

Present were all parties who were present on February 3, 2010

Exchange of Exhibits – The exchange of exhibits and witness lists in regard to State Board of Property Tax Review cases 2009-1 (Barbara Davis) and 2009-2 (Maine Coast Baptist Church) was completed.

Barbara Davis asked if the Board of Assessors had a copy of a forestry management plan prepared for J. Aubrey Davis. The board informed her that it did have a copy, however it was locked in a file because of proprietary reasons and not available to the public. The board told Mrs. Davis it would be returned to her ASAP the following morning. (She was notified on 2/9/10 at 8:10 AM that it was available at the town office).

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:08 PM
