The meeting came to order at 8:00 AM as a workshop meeting

Present were assessors Terry Towne, Michael Jordan and Jane Fowler

The purpose of the meeting was to prepare for the State Board of Property Tax Review cases 2009-1 (Barbara Davis) and 2009-2 (Maine Coast Baptist Church.

It was moved and 2nd to approve the proposed stipulations of fact. Vote in favor was unanimous.

The meeting adjourned at 9:35 AM
