The meeting came to order at 7PM

Present were: Michael Jordan, Jane Fowler

No action or discussion took place as board member Terry Towne was unable to get through traffic to attend the meeting due to a fire in Trenton.

The next meeting date is Wednesday, December 7, 2011.

The meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM
