	Lamoine Board of Assessors Minutes of December 7, 2011

The meeting came to order at 7:00 PM at the Lamoine Town Hall

Present were: Assessors Terry Towne, Jane Fowler, and Michael Jordan

Minutes of October 5, 2011 – The minutes were approved as presented.

Minutes of November 2, 2011 – The minutes were approved as presented.

Municipal Valuation Return Review – No further action was taken.

Tree Growth Issues – The board will act on any pending tree growth issues at its January, 2012 meeting.

Subdivision Dissolution – The Assessors records for the Raccoon Hollow lots (Map 4 Lot 46-10 to 46-18) will be corrected to reflect the change from a subdivision back to its prior configuration after notice is received that abandonment has been filed at the Registry of Deeds.

MAAO Membership – The Board noted it would like to continue membership in the Maine Association of Assessing Officers.

Next Meeting – The next meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 4, 2012

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM
