The meeting came to order at 8:25 AM at the Lamoine Town
Hall
Present were: Assessors Terry Towne, Jane Fowler.
Assessor Brian Thomas had previously reported
that he was unable to attend.
Minutes – October 7, 2020
– Adoption of the
minutes was postponed until the December Meeting.
Municipal Valuation Return
– The assessors present worked to complete the MVR and sent a preliminary
e-mailed copy to Joe Salley at Maine Revenue Services.
The final copy will be completed on November
12, 2020 with office staff.
Property Cards
– The board had a few comments on the new property card format.
The two members present will review the
questions with Brian Thomas and Adm. Asst. Stu Marckoon.
Next Meeting:
- The next meeting will be at Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 8:00 AM.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at
9:30 AM.
