	Lamoine Board of Assessors Minutes January 4, 2006

The meeting came to order at 7:00 PM at the Lamoine Town Hall

Present were: Assessors Jane Fowler, Colene Sharkey, Terry Towne

1. D&B Coleman Request – Terry read the draft of a letter to Mr. & Mrs. Coleman. The Board approved the wording and it will forwarded to Stu Marckoon for printing and mailing.
2. Abatement Request T & M Cronin – The Board reviewed the abatement application and voted to deny the request. A letter will be prepared to mail with the abatement denial form.
3. Correspondence from Robert Friedman – The Board opted to make no changes to Mr. Friedman's property values and a letter will be prepared to mail to Mr. Friedman.
4. Abatement Request Charles Ashmore – The Board voted to deny Mr. Ashmore's abatement request. A letter will be prepared to mail with the abatement denial form.
5. Workshop Meeting – The board will hold a workshop on January 5, 2006 to complete the state Sales Analysis Report.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:30 PM
