	Lamoine Budget Committee Minutes of 10/13/08 (Draft, subject to revision)

Chairman Henry Ashmore called the meeting to order at 5:40 PM

Present were: Robin Veysey, Henry Ashmore, Hubene Brodie, Reggie McDevitt and Administrative Assistant Stu Marckoon

Selection of Officers

• Chair - Hubene nominated Henry as chair. Robin 2 nd . Vote in favor was 4-0.
• Vice Chair – Henry nominated Hubene as vice chair. Reggie 2 nd . Vote in favor was 3-0 (Brodie abstained)
• Secretary – Henry asked if Stu was willing to serve as secretary again. Stu said he would

Minutes of August 4, 2008 – Reggie moved to approve the minutes as presented. Robin 2 nd . Vote in favor was 4-0.

Schedule – The Committee will meet on the following Monday evenings at 7:00 PM

• October 27, 2008 (Administration Budgets)
• November 10, 2008
• December 1, 2008
• December 15, 2008 (Outside Agency Requests)

Stu will schedule the budgets to be reviewed with the various town departments.

There being no other business, the meeting adjourned at 5:53 PM
