AGENDA

•  Selection of Officers. As a result of being elected to the Board of Selectmen, Brett Jones will step aside as Chairman of the Committee. While his resignation calls for a replacement the Board, hoping for broader representation next month, moved to table this item until the May 17th meeting. M. Garrett moved and J. Wuorinen seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.

•  Review of Survey Draft . Considerable discussion centered on what questions to include in a proposed survey and how questions should be worded. L. Landon submitted several new questions centering on recreation. Based upon the discussion, M. Garrett will prepare ano the r draft (Draft #3) for consideration at the May 17th meeting.

•  Town Memorial. R. McDevitt has been in contact with Robert Grindle of Franklin , who has agreed to share with us his experience with organizing and creating a Town Memorial in the Town of Franklin . Members of the public are welcome to attend.

At some point after this meeting, the Committee will decide whether or not to make a recommendation regarding a Town Memorial to the Board of Selectmen.
