The non-meeting “fell together” at 7:15pm .

In Attendance: D. Ford, M. Garrett, B. Hanson, D. Macurdy, F. Stocking

NON AGENDA

1.  Questionnaire. M. Garrett reported information gleaned from discussion with S. Markcoon. A bulk mailing “out” to include first class stamped return envelopes will likely run in excess of $1,500.00. Cost prohibitive. When more fully assembled, the Committee needs to consider alternate means for distributing the questionnaire.

2.  Committee membership. Of twenty-three (23) original Committee members, ten (10) have not appeared for AT LEAST the last five meetings. In order to establish a quorum, a more fully assembled Committee needs to define membership and set what number constitutes a quorum.
