NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Site Plan Review & Subdivision Application |

The Lamoine Planning Board, having found subdivision and site plan review applications submitted by Rebecca and Steven Joy (Map 4 Lot 55-1) conditionally complete, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 6:30 PM at the Lamoine Town Hall , 606 Douglas Hwy , Lamoine , Maine . Copies of the applications are available for public review at the Lamoine Town Hall during regular business hours. Members of the public may speak in regard to the applications. Following closure of the public hearing, the Planning Board may take final action on the permit applications.
