The meeting came to order at 5:32 p.m. at the Lamoine Town Office.

Present were: Greg Stone, Elie Khoury, Becky Mason, Elizabeth Stanley, and Jason Trenholm.

Pee Wee Cheering: Elizabeth reported Jenny Saunders would like to coach again and Angela Williams would like to help. It was agreed that registration will take place on 10/27/15 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Lamoine Consolidated School. Elizabeth made the motion to have the registration fee the same as last year ($30.00). Greg 2^nd. Vote in favor was 5-0. It was discussed that we will also provide scholarships to Lamoine Residents and will do so for all of the Lamoine Recreation programs. Elizabeth indicated that the registration fee does not include extra costs for equipment (bloomers, shoes, bows, etc.) The grades this is offered to are K – 5. Becky will make a registration flyer and have it sent to the school to send home with the children. Practice times and gym availability will be discussed with the coaches. Elizabeth will be the contact person for the program.

Recreation Basketball: It was discussed we would like to offer Rec Basketball to all grades eligible: PreK-K, 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6. Last year we had to combine grades 4-6 to field a team. This may be considered if needed this year. It was also discussed that children can play up a grade but cannot play down a grade. Greg made the motion to have the registration fee the same as last year ($30.00). Elizabeth 2^nd. Vote in favor was 5-0. It was agreed that registration will be held on 11/18/15 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Lamoine Consolidated school. Becky will make a registration flyer, including coaches wanted for all programs. Elizabeth stated she will contact Dick’s Sporting goods for donation (as they donated to the Rec Soccer program).

Comprehensive Plan: Greg reported he spoke to Fred and will try to have a meeting set up.

Budget: This will be discussed in the next meeting. The deadline is mid-November.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.

Next meeting - The committee agreed to meet again on November 14, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. (This is changed from last meeting due to Craft Fair at Lamoine)
