A number of small topics were discussed at this meeting. Here is a summary of what was discussed:
The group voted in favor of submitting a bill of $105 to the town from "Design 3" for the cost of the map design for the Bloomfield Park kiosk.
The group is going to present the kiosk panels at the next Selectman's Meeting on 6/26 @ 7pm. Kerry, Christa & Sara said they will make it.
The Building Permit and Shoreland zoning permits were approved for the kiosks.
The Handicap signs will be put up at Lamoine Beach in the next few weeks. Julie is going to paint the posts, and then Kerry will put the signs up.
The new grills for Lamoine Beach will be ordered soon. Kerry is going to request that they are removeable so that they can be stored during the winter.
When the trash can arrives we will need to prime and paint it before it goes out.
Bloomfield Park – Sunday, June 29th @ 8:00AM is the Clean-Up Day at Bloomfield Park . Please bring all your supplies for brush/yard work (rakes, chain saws, gloves, etc.) Also, Kerry talked to Herrick & Salisbury and they said the survey should be complete by mid July.
Kiosks - The kiosks are nearing completion! The panels are just about complete and Kerry is going to mail the materials to Folia Designs in a few weeks. We expect to get the finished product by early September and have the project complete by the end of September.
Next Meeting – The next monthly meeting is Tuesday, August 19th at 7:00pm at the Town Hall. There will be no meeting in July.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:45pm.
