Nomination Paper Availability

Nominating Petitions will be available from the Lamoine Town Office at 9:00 AM on Monday, December 13, 2004 for the following elected positions:

Selectman/Overseer of the Poor – 3 Year Term
Selectman/Overseer of the Poor – 2 Year Term
Selectman/Overseer of the Poor – 1 Year Term
School Committee Member – 3 Year Term
Tax Assessor – 3 Year Term

To appear on the March 8, 2005 ballot, candidates must collect the signatures of at least 25 registered voters and no more than 75 registered voters and return the petitions to the Town Clerk no later than 4:00 PM January 21, 2005.
