	Public Informational Meeting Notice April 1, 2010 - 7PM - Lamoine Town Hall

The Lamoine Board of Selectmen will hold a public information meeting on the following ordinances and/or amendments to be voted upon at the annual town meeting:

• “Frenchman's Bay Regional Shellfish Conservation Ordinance”
• “Aquifer Protection Amendments to the Building & Land Use Ordinance”
• “Home Occupation Amendments to the Building & Land Use Ordinance”
• Amendments to “Ordinance regarding Town Meeting Donation Requests”

The informational meeting will take place on Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 7:00 PM at the Lamoine Town Hall at the beginning of the Selectmen's meeting. Printed copies of all the proposed ordinances and amendments are available at the Lamoine Town office, and electronic copies are posted on the town's website ( www.lamoine-me.gov ). Registered voters may speak in regard to the proposals which will be decided at open town meeting on Wednesday, April 7, 2010.
