Notice of Public Hearing - Referendum Question - October 21, 2010

The Lamoine Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 21, 2010, 7:00 PM at the Lamoine Town Hall, 606 Douglas Hwy., Lamoine, regarding the following advisory question to be voted upon by secret ballot referendum on November 2, 2010:

“Should all articles placed before the annual town meeting be decided by secret ballot referendum, with a public hearing held prior to voting, rather than on the floor of open town meeting?”

Any registered voter may speak on this matter.
