The Lamoine Town Hall is now an Internet Hot Spot. The Cable TV Committee recommended to the Board of Selectmen that a wireless transmitter be purchased and hooked into the Time Warner Internet system. The Selectmen approved the project at their February 18, 20910 meeting. The project was accomplished on March 2, 2010 thanks to Brett Jones.

Folks with wireless laptop computers are welcome to use the connection either inside or in the parking lot. There is no fee and no password required to log onto the 'net at the town hall.
