1: Meeting was called to order by Mr. VanAmringe at 6:30PM

2: Consideration of Minutes:  Motion to approve minutes for 1/22/2020 made by Brett, second by Larissa   Vote 5-0

3: Moldawer v. Code Enforcement Officer II (CEO)

a.       Name of Appeal - Moldawer v. CEO II

b.       Quorum – Yes with Brett acting as a voting member

c.       Conflict of interest – None

d.       Required notices given – Yes

e.       Timeliness of appeal – Yes

f.        Brief summary of the appeal – Mr. Collier gave a brief summary of the appeal.  We stopped here after much discussion and decided to continue this meeting to March 25, 2020 to give the parties time to be present. Notices will be sent to all parties. The following items will be taken up at the next meeting

h.       Appellant’s standing to appeal

i.         Completeness of appeal

j.         Reminder of the Chair re the rules of the procedure; and
