	Board of Assessors Minutes - April 3, 2019

The meeting came to order at 8:00 AM at the Lamoine Town Hall

Present were: Assessors Terry Towne, Jane Fowler, Brian Thomas; William Haass

Minutes – March 6, 2019 – Terry moved to approve the minutes of March 6, 2019.  Brian 2^nd.  Vote in favor was 3-0.

Tree Growth Applications – The Board met briefly with William Haass regarding his recent tree growth application.  Terry will contact Maine Revenue Service and Maine Municipal Association with questions regarding a new tree growth plan vs. an existing tree growth parcel plan.

The board agreed to follow up questions regarding a tree growth application from SWOAM.

The board reviewed an application from Lori Tilden and will draft a letter asking for a copy of the front page of the Forest Management Harvest Plan.  Terry moved to approve the tree growth plan for Lori Tilden.  Brian 2^nd.  Vote in favor was 3-0.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:45 AM.
