	Board of Assessors Minutes - October 16, 2019

The meeting came to order at 8:00 AM

Present were: Assessors Terry Towne, Jane Fowler, Brian Thomas

Minutes – September 11, 2019 – Action was postponed.

Municipal Valuation Return – The Board spent the meeting working on filling in the information in the MVR for 2019.

Meeting Recessed at 10:10 AM

The meeting resumed on Thursday, October 22, 2019 at 8:00 AM.  Assessor Towne was not present, Assessors Thomas and Fowler were.

The Board completed the sales ratio report

The two board members present signed the Municipal Valuation Return completed the previous week.

The board granted a personal property tax abatement to Wells Fargo after consultation with the State of Maine.

Next Meeting:  The next meeting will be on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 8:00 AM.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:10 AM
