	Board of Assessors Minutes - December 11, 2019

The meeting came to order at 8:00 AM at the Lamoine Town Hall

Present were: Assessors Jane Fowler, Brian Thomas and Terry Towne

Minutes – November 13, 2019 – The minutes were approved as printed.

Mapping Correction – The Board will contact RJD Appraisal to correct Tax Map 4 regarding lots owned by William Haass who had made a verbal request to combine contiguous lots.

Abatement Application – R & M Arnold – Terry moved to deny an application from Richard and Marion Arnold (Map 16 Lot 46).  Brian 2^nd.  Vote in favor of denial was 3-0.   The board prepared a letter to be mailed to the applicants.

Next Meeting Date – The Board will meet on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 8:00 AM. 

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:20 AM.
