	Board of Assessors Minutes -February 6, 2020

The meeting came to order at 8:00 AM at the Lamoine Town Hall

Present were: Assessors Jane Fowler, Brian Thomas, Terry Towne

Minutes – January 15, 2020 – Terry moved to approve the minutes.  Jane 2^nd.  Vote in favor was 2-0 (Brian abstained, was not present for the meeting).

Review of E-mail Correspondence – The board reviewed e-mail from Rose Cran regarding valuation on Map 8 Lot 4-6.  No action was taken.

Next Meeting - The board will meet at 8AM on March 4, 2020.  A printout of building permits will be provided in preparation for spring work.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:15 AM.
