	Board of Assessors Minutes - March 4, 2020

The meeting came to order at 8:00 AM at the Lamoine Town Hall

Present were: Assessors Jane Fowler, Brian Thomas, Terry Towne; Administrative Assistant Stu Marckoon

Minutes – February 5, 2020 – Terry moved to approve the minutes.  Vote in favor was unanimous.

Computerized Property Cards – The Board reviewed mock ups of electronically produced property cards with Administrative Assistant Stu Marckoon.

Spring Construction Review – Brian and Terry will hit the road on March 28, 2020 to review and photograph properties with 2019/20 building permits.

The board reviewed the print out of the permits issued since January 1, 2019

Next Meeting – The Board will meet next on April 1, 2020 at 8:00 AM.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:55 AM.
