The meeting came to order at 8:05 AM.
Present were:
Assessors Jane Fowler, Brian Thomas & Terry
Towne.
Minutes – January 6, 2021
– Terry moved to approve, Brian 2nd.
Vote in
favor was unanimous.
Date to meet with RJD
Appraisal – The
board agreed to meet with RJD Appraisal on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 9AM to
discuss revaluation and records work.
Other
– The Board reviewed several proposed corrections to property cards discovered
while staff was converting information to more of a digital format.
Next Meetings
– The Board will meet next on February 18, 2021 at 9AM for a special meeting as
noted above.
The next regular meeting will be on Wednesday, March 3,
2021 at 8AM.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at
approximately 8:35 AM.
