	Board of Assessors Minutes - March 3, 2021

The meeting came to order at the Lamoine Town Hall at 8:05 AM.

Present were: Assessors Jane Fowler, Brian Thomas & Terry Towne.

Minutes – February 3, 2021 – The board reviewed and approved of the minutes.

Work Plan – Brian plans to review the new property cards and compare with the current cards to confirm the information has been transferred over correctly.

Terry will visit properties with new permits and take photos

Jane will continue to do transfers and office work

Terry will follow up and verify all tree growth properties.

Quarterly Review – The 2021 quarterly review has been postponed.

The Board prepared and mailed the personal property and gravel pit declaration schedules.

Next Meeting - The Board will meet next on April 7, 2021 at 8:00 AM

The meeting adjourned at 9:30 AM
