New Business:
Request from Harold MacQuinn, Inc for the Board
to discuss what permits may be required if MacQuinn seeks to create a new access
road to the Kittridge Pit, Map 3 / Lots 31 & 33. Discussion focused on whether a
site plan review would be required as more than 10,000 sq. ft. of soil would be
removed to build the road. There was no discussion of the merits of the
proposal, only if the project would trigger the need for a permit application.
Concensus was that a site plan review would be required.

contact Gordan Longsworth of College of the Atlantic to add a text box to the
map detailing date passed and appropriate signatures.
