Members of the Public: Stephen Salsbury. Others may have been present through
Zoom but were unidentified.

discussion of Kittredge Pit violations, CEO sent a letter to Stephen Salsbury on
12/06/2020 listing three violations. No reply. Another letter sent on 02/03/2021
asking for a response, none so far. Board discussed with Salsbury
the lack of response and possible actions the Board might take if the
violations are not cleared up.

Gravel Permit application completeness review for PCJ LLC - Map 7 / Lot 3-2.
Board completed the checklist for completeness. Motion to find complete made and
seconded Holt/Bamman, passed 5 - 0. Site visit scheduled for 3/17/21 at 5:00 pm.
Public Hearing scheduled for 6:30 pm, prior to the April 5 meeting.
Gravel Permit application completeness review for Harold MacQuinn, Inc - Map 3 /
Lots 31 & 33. Review began with brief discussion of whether to proceed given
outstanding violations. Decided to proceed as this was just a completeness
review. Board completed the checklist and found the application to be complete
with a couple of conditions, the signing of property tax receipts (1h) and the
addition of setbacks around the wetland (3c). Motion made to find complete,
Tadema-Wielandt/Fowler, passed 5 - 0. Site visit set for 03/17/2021 at 5:30.
Public Hearing scheduled for 6:30 pm prior to the April 5 regular monthly
meeting.
Site Plan Review application review checklist, Harold MacQuinn, Inc, Map 3 /
Lots 31 & 33. Board decided that it was best to deal with this after the gravel
pit application (above) process has been completed.
Ordinance Development: amendments were presented at a public hearing on February
18. It will be voted on by the Town at the annual town meeting.

Regular meetings - April 5, May 3, and June 7.
Site visits - March 17, King Pit and Kittredge Pit
Public Hearing - April 5, 6:30 pm for King Pit and Kittredge Pit.
