Wind & Rain Storm - April 16, 2007 |

| LVFD responded to numerous calls of hazards during a declared emergency wind and rain storm. Among the items cleared by the fire department, a tree across Lamoine Beach Road by the town park (at right - note the high surf!), A tree in the road on Partridge Cove Road (below, Mike Jordan and Rusty Boynton move it away), and a utility pole across the road on Marlboro Beach Road (below right). Barricades were erected for that incident and on Needles Eye Road where flooding occurred. The fire department also responded to reports of a tree on the line and burning on Seal Point Road, and removed a tree partially blocking Seal Point Road. |  |
