Lamoine Volunteer Fire Department responded to a
call of a tree down over wires on Seal Point Road. Upon arrival, firefighters
found the line still energized and the road blocked. Firefighters stood
by until Bangor Hydro officials were able to remove the energy from the
power line and safely cut the tree away. The road opened approximately
4 hours later.
