NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CPEX LLC – Clear Sky Resort Acadia
The Lamoine Planning Board, having found applications from CPEX LLC – Clear Sky Acadia for commercial buildings, subdivision and site plan review conditionally complete, will hold a public hearing on the applications on Monday, June 5, 2023 beginning at 7:00 PM at the Lamoine Consolidated School Gymnasium, 53 Lamoine Beach Road in Lamoine, Maine. Members of the public are invited to speak in regard to the application which can be viewed during regular business hours at the Lamoine Town Office, 606 Douglas Highway, Lamoine, ME 04605. The application is also posted on the Town of Lamoine website (www.lamoine-me.gov).
The Planning Board will not take any action on the application immediately following the public hearing, but will consider action at its regular meeting on Monday, June 19, 2023.
