The Town of Lamoine is accepting proposals for several energy efficiency projects being supported by a Community Action Grant awarded by the Maine Office of Community Affairs within the Community Resilience Partnership Program.
The following projects are contemplated, details are in each RFP (click on the project name for full RFP):
- Insulation and Related Energy Efficiency Improvements Lamoine Consolidated School and Lamoine Town Hall, 2026-1
- Window and Door Improvements for Increase Energy Efficiency at Lamoine Consolidated School and Lamoine Town Hall, 2026-2
- Installation of a Heat Pump Water Heater and Two ERV Units to Increase Energy Efficiency at Lamoine Consolidated School, 2026-3
- Installation of Low Flow Domestic Hot Water Fixtures at Lamoine Consolidated School, 2026-4
- Installation of LED Lighting with Vacancy Sensors at Lamoine Consolidated School, 2026-5
Proposals/Bids are due no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2026 to the Lamoine Town Hall, 606 Douglas Highway. They may also be submitted via e-mail to: [email protected]
